I used to use the simple light cream years ago and felt the same! I'd usually need to mix in face oil for it to be nourishing enough until I no longer used it (granted, i realised i had dry skin), though i think i also felt my skin reacted better to products without dimethicone unless it's the last layer

I use the Eucerin urea repair original on my face my skin is very dry but on the plus side its double the size of a normal moisturiser its not enough at night in winter though so ill use an oil an aquafor

Oh my gosh ❤your hair looks good after the rice water but unfortunately for me it’s not working I washed my hair with rice water and my hair just feels waxy and dry and not smooth at all .😂

I'm sorry you fe;lt so bad. I have mass cell activation and before turning 30 I had already had episodes where I was losing my hair and had flare up in my scalp. It was defeated but I got better with a team of hair loss dermatologists and I'm not going to lie. I was very anemic which didn't help and slowly but surely I got better but it took a couple of steroid injections to control the inflammation in my scalp. they were supposed to be painful but I bearly felt them ... the inflammation was crazy and the worst part was the trial and error of natural, vegan, and artificial production. I found that fragrance-free helped but it still created inflammation. I realized that the inflation was not only my scalp but my body. So we have a theory: I get cutaneous mastocytosis when exposed to the freshwater shower. The Dr. said to not stay more than 3 minutes showering. Then I had to figure out how to slowly go without washing my head. I use essence fragrance-free shampoo for the scalp, only the necessary. I have to then put my hair in a ponytail and put essence fragrance-free conditioner. My doctor gave me a coupon to try it and it was good. On Sunday I do the mask derma for wavy, coiled, and curly hair. I dry it with a cotton t-shirt and once is damp I put it in a ponytail again and put some SUm-Bum leave-in conditioner, in the tips, once it's semi-dry dry I use the essential fragrance-free and I do all of this already dress. and wash my hair with cold water. I can wash it and put the other stuff while I'm showering my body or I start flaring up. I usually wear it when I'm outside. I live in Florida and I'm allergic to the sun.

I actually thought this was going to be a vlog when I clicked on it. 😅 But it was really nice ! Funny thing is, I actually was drinking my tea when watching 😄 (I always make a tea when I sit down to your videos ) but yes you did a really good job with this and it was quite timely for me too because I have been feeling really down these past few weeks and all my friends live far away so I can’t actually go over for girl time which makes life even rougher right now.
